Salman Khan Acquitted By Jodhpur Court

Johdpur court has finally pronounce its verdict in a case where actor Salman Khan has been charged under the Arms Act. It is one of the four cases against Salman Khan. Earlier Jodhpur court has acquitted Khan in two other cases of poaching of Chinkara. The two other cases of poaching of Blackbucks was on trial. In 19 years old case Salman khan has finally been acquitted from all the charges.

Khan and his sister Alvira arrived in Jodhpur with some of advocates by a charter flight. Salman Khan was present in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (Jodhpur district) where case against him for alleged use and possession of fire arms with expired license was pronounced.
According to the case which was filed against Khan in October 1998, Actor kept the .22 rifle and .32 revolver and used them during poaching of two black bucks in village Kankani in Jodhpur on 1-2 October, 1998. If the Actor was declared guilty then he might have sentenced Section 3/25 is 3 years while Section 3/27 has 7 years as the maximum sentence.

Finally after 19 years Salman Khan is free from all cases.
