 Global Baba based on spiritual babas of India. India can be said as the land of the babas, because there are thousands of devotees blindly surrendering themselves to godmen.
'Global Baba' is a story of a criminal Chillam Pehlwaan (Abhimanyu Singh) who, is hiding from the police inspector Jacob (Ravi Kishan), and then he meets his old companion Damru (Pankaj Tripathi), who introduces him to the world of god man's. Chillam Pehlwaan reinvents himself as Global Baba and sets his base in a peaceful town. The Global Baba becomes so popular that its popularity starts diluting the popularity of the local minister Dallu Yadav (Akhilendra Mishra) due to which Dallu Yadav assigns evacuation orders for the illegal construction of Global Baba's ashram. This leads to riots in the city. Inspector Jacob gets transferred out there to manage the law and order situation. He recognizes Chillam and tries his level best to expose the fake world of Global Baba.
