Summary: Raftaar Singh is a fun-loving man but un-educated. The only problem with him is that he has the habit to leave any kind of job incomplete. Raftaar Singh spends his days whiling his time away dancing and jumping through fire hula-hoops at fairs in Bassi Pathana in Punjab. While his father is tired of his ways. Raftaar gets kicked out of his home by his father and his father gives an ultimatum that he can only come back if he will do job with his friend ( Kripal Singh ) in Goa or marry Navjot's daughter, Sweety. Raftaar chooses the first option to go to Goa and work with his father's friend ( Kripal Singh ). Raftaar meets his boss Kripal Singh (his father's friend) and he successfully gets a job to take care of Sara for the time she is in India. Sara, a daughter of Romanian based underworld mafia. Sara is pursued by underworld don Mark (Kay Kay Menon) as he wants to marry. Sara Rana lost her mother but hopes that she is still alive and staying in Goa. The film shows how Raftaar Singh saves her from the underworld don and he finds Sara's mother.
