The Title character Jacob is not the hero, Nivin. But is is played by Renji Panicker. The movie is all about Jacob, who considers his family as the greatest wealth he possesses and himself, as the wealthiest man in the world. The story revolves  around a Dubai based family comprised of the couple Jacob (Renji Panicker) and Sherly (Lakshmi Ramakrishnan) and their four children. Jacob and Sherly have four children – Jerry (Nivin Pauly), Abin (Sreenath Bhasi), Ammu (Aima Sebastian), and Chris (Master Stacen Varghese). These siblings have different interests and traits. They behave extremely different to the same situation. ‘Jacobinte Swargarajyam’ is a full length family film inspired from real life incidents. There are many touching dialogues in the movie like ' if you don't explore the world before you turn 25, then you are wasting your age' said by Jacob. Jacobinte Swargarajyam is a complete Family, must watch movie.
