Filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao Hospitalised in Serious Condition

Filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao was rushed to the hospital and was admitted in Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences on January 31. The 74-Year Old Filmmaker was suffering from breathing-related problems and kidney failure issue. Bollineni Bhaskar Rao, Managing Director and CEO of KIMS said, '' Following infection in lungs and kidneys, director Dasari Narayana Rao has been admitted. He has been given ventilator support and he is reacting to the treatment well. He will have to undergo dialysis and chest surgery,''

Actor Mohan Babu told the veteran director is now fine and may also talk soon. Daari Narayan Rao has won two national awards. He also has a record of Directing more than 125 films and Producing 50 over films. Some of Dasari's best films are Premabhishekam, Meghasandesham, Osey Ramulamma and Tata Manavadu. Recently he announced that he is planning to make biopic on late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.
